Corporate law
Your French company, set up and run properly
Incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, annual corporate housekeeping and transactions, with advice in English and fixed fees.
What the firm does
From incorporation to exit
Incorporation
SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL with tailor-made articles of association; SCI and professional companies. Foreign founders and groups: see France Company Launch.
Corporate housekeeping
Annual approval of accounts, appointment of directors, transfer of registered office, changes to the articles, shareholder current accounts.
Transactions
Shareholders’ agreements, sale of shares or of a business, representations and warranties, voluntary dissolution and liquidation.
Subsidiary or branch?
Most foreign groups choose a French subsidiary (SAS). A branch can make sense in some cases, with different consequences for liability and taxation.
After incorporation
A French company has recurring obligations: approval of accounts within six months of year-end, filings, registers and beneficial-ownership information. The firm can take care of them every year.
